请教HKUST的essay

麻烦校友和一同申请的同学们看看这两个题目。我实在不知道怎么把why MBA和career goal分开説：
1.Please tell us your motivations to pursue an MBA program, and why is now the best timing to do one.
2.Please elaborate on your career goals. How will your academic training, professional experience coupled with an MBA education at HKUST help you achieve your goals?
Motivation of MBA跟career goal是联系在一起的啊。如果要分开，大家觉得motivation是什么呢？？

第一题主要问的why now? 从某种意义上来说,这个更难写,要写出passion,深度挖掘吧.
当然你可以写为了实现career goal, 带一下就好了,say,start own company.

第二题,个人感觉比较好写, background + experience + hard working + MBA= goal

我想第一个 可以偏重于current progress 和 career goal的gap.
第二个可以侧重于你未来的road map。

谢谢两位。其实我也不很肯定HKUST怎么对我的career goal起到帮助。。决定明晚的

personal consultation时听听校友的看法后再写。
另外最后一篇What do you want the Admissions Committee to know about you as a

person? 我的理解是不用再写跟career有关的内容了，是关于个人的生活经历，性格或者兴趣

爱好方面的，不知道正确否?

为什么你要在职业发展的这个阶段选择去读MBA,而不是继续工作＝＝

 

2. 你的职业发展目标是什么（有短期，有长期），读完MBA之后，能够对你的职业发展目标有什么样的帮助。
