很奇怪，答案就是a，可是我根据要尽量补出动词的规则，第一个就排除了这个答案。很明显civilizations后面应该有一个did呀？？
无独有偶，下面这个也是一样。

149.Last year, land values in most parts of the pinelands rose almost as fast as, and in some parts even faster than,those outside the pinelands.

看了很多比较的题目，似乎than的就比较规则一些，而as的就很古怪，很多例外。这里的those后面应该要补出一个 did 来吧？？

在看下一个，就更加古怪。

132. According to a study by the Carnegie Foundation for the A.of Teaching, companies in the U.S are providing job training and general education for nearly 80million people, about as many as are enrolled in the nation's 4-year collges.   

as as的句子中间居然连主语都可以省掉，而且在前面也找不到任何可以 填补在这里充当主语的词。

确实很怪。
不过as..as，the same..as，结构后确实可省去助动词，什么时候省什么时候不省的规则还没发现。至于主语，没人说不能省哪，132题，省略了people。
149题应该要补出did吧。

不奇怪。除了ETS 的规则，其他的规则，只是有时适用而已。
补不补出动词或系动词只有一个规则：没有会不会在意思上引起歧义！（这个要靠大家的理解水平了）
一般象，逗号后直接跟about，确实不雅观。但从句仪上讲，后面的就是指人，没有歧义。
149、要补出。若不然，就成了地价的升高值大于其他的土地了。

149. did 可以省略的啊，如果要补出的话，应该放在outside the pinelands的后面，也就是those outside the pinelands （did），不过划线部分是as fast as, and in some parts even faster than,those  所以就不用考虑补出助动词啦：）
132.省略主语的例子OG中还有一题：
     187. In one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War, fought at Sharpsburg, Maryland, on September 17, 1862, four times as many （Americans were killed as） would later be killed on the beaches of Normandy during D-Day.
其实读着挺顺的啊
