关于这两道题的具体解法能不能说一说，我也不太明白。尤其是有关标准方差和概率的题。

2D=68%， 0到（-D）和+D 到100是一样的。
（100-68）/2=16%。
也就是说，0到（-D）=+D到100%=16%
2、中数是在50%处的数字。
