1）假设1977是“1”（一个单位的意思）

那1987就是1（1+60%）=1.6

有（1）得1997是1*（1+200%)=3

so from 1987-1997:  (3-1.6)/1.6

2)1977——100

1987——100*（1+60%）

1998——300

(300-160)/160
