我选的是C, 当然， 我觉得hopefully to be completed好像意思有点混绕（能解释一下这里的混绕么？）， 可是正确答案E, a program that can, 和 be completed中间加个it is hope的插入语， 也好像很怪！

 

题目的意思， 现代化的钢厂模式需要费用51 million, 希望能在1980年末完工。

事实上 这个题目中有一个相对明显的trick 就是hopefully这个词在书面语中几乎是不使用的 因为它本身作为副词的意义就很不明确 包括“但愿”和“可能”两种意思

 

C 选项的主要错误除了hopefully之外 to be completed 这个不定式作定语逻辑上应该修饰Modernizing 但是语法上却修饰了steel mill 这个和句子的逻辑意思不符合

事实上 在书面语中 hope的用法几乎只有 It is hoped作为插入语 或者It is hoped that后面加从句

 

题目的意思也不太对，应该是说 钢厂的现代化，一个被指望可能在20世纪80年代后期完成的计划，将会消耗大约五千一百万美金。

 

所以正确的选项应该包括的特征有：

1) 可能在20世纪80年代后期完成的 必须修饰现代化或者其同位语 而不是钢厂

2) A选项中有can 所以正确选项一般有can这个词

 

满足这两个的 几乎只有E

嗯， 估计E选项是我所见过最猛， 最夸张的插入状况了！ 不知道还有没有跟多的这种绕口的句子看看， 因为看到这种叫少见的插入语， 我会很主观的判断他们不对， 马上就排除了这种句子！
