比较繁琐的推理，不知道有没有高人有更简洁的方法

economic efficiency --> risk taking

no risk taking --> no economic efficiency

indispensable precondition of economic efficiency 不是说 risk 是efficiency 的条件吗？也就是risk 推出efficiency吧？是吗，我不知道对不对，我在这方面太弱了，请指教。。。
