namely that ... 作为同位语成分 namely是一个副词 意思是 即 。。。 比方说 ，Only one person can go, namely Tony. 只有一个人能走，即Tony

that作为前面that从句的同为结构 即主句中有that从句，同为结构用that ....

 

整句话的意思是 异卵双生中有些和对方很像而有些则差别很大强调了一个很有趣但却时常被忽略的异卵双生的特征问题，即他们（不同的异卵双生）在基因相关性的差别是非常大的

highlights （谓语动词）

an interesting and often overlooked （这个OVERLOOKED是过去分词作为修饰后面feature的，和interesting 平行的)

namely that they vary considerably（补充状语从句，对前面整个句子进行补充） ........
