why select D? I think II and III is right, no this answer

I:3, mean=(9+7+10+4+6+3)/6=39/6=13/2, median=(6+7)2=13/2

II:7, mean=(9+7+10+4+6+7)/6=43/6, median=(7+7)2=7

III:12,mean=(9+7+10+4+6+12)/6=48/6=8, median=(7+9)2=8
