请问Ｄ为什么错呢，with引导的独立主格没有什么问题啊．

D选项中，with独立主格结构中加了that从句来修饰主语fear, 似乎是不符合独立主格的形式， 过于复杂化，而且that 没有紧跟fears 容易让人误解that 是raise的宾语。 E 选项明显优于D， 表伴随。 要记住GMAT的语法是要选最优的哦！

查了with独立主格结构的7种形式，列出如下。

一、句法结构

      【结构一】 with ＋名词（代词）＋介词短语

      例１ He sat there thinking, with his chin on his hand．

      他手托下巴，坐在那儿沉思。

      【结构二】 with ＋名词（代词）＋形容词

      【结构六】with ＋名词（代词）＋过去分词

       例６“I think we can leave with our heads held high,” Eriksson said．

      【结构七】with ＋名词（代词）＋不定式

D不是用了with+n+v-ed形式吗，很对啊，不知道还有语法错误吗？如果没有Ｅ，能选Ｄ吗？

" , with... "  could modify subject of the sentence, which is "A Swiss government panel" here. Therefore, the meaning is changed to " the Swiss panel is feared that..., so the Swiss panel recommend to sell gold..."

While, this reversed the original meaning:  "Swiss sell gold" should be the cause, not the effect.

就是说啊，怎么看都觉得D没什么错呢。

而且觉得would do比do要好，有一个可能会发生的意思在里面。。。。。。

刚做到T-3-Q2，答案就是with the result that....怎么在这道题里with fears就不好了呢，疑惑ing.......

题目的E没有would，变成raising fears that other countries do the same and inundate the market，怪怪的

不知道D有什么问题，麻烦NN解释下哈～

raising是结果状语吧,是前面整个一句话的结果,觉得E好,对WITH很没有好感

简单一点，偶觉得如果是with fears (that... )raised 就对了， 而这里raised把fears和其定语修饰成分分开了，不好。
ＧＭＡＴ考试中很强调　修饰语靠近修饰成分。
