A small technology puzzle

"If we can keep up with the technology...we will always find room in worldwide markets..." says Nokia previous CEO Kari H. Kairamo(1932-1988)

Is the following logically correct? (For A -> B, thus ~B -> ~A)

"If we can't find room in worldwide markets, we can't keep up with the technology."

Can anyone figure out how to weaken the statement?

Thanks Thanks

Not exactly sure what the question is about.

But, the "~B -> ~A" should be something like:

"If we cannot find room in worldwide markets, then we have not been able to keep up with the technology."
