我当初研究的结果是选E。C 中的it指代却有歧义，句意应该指 a course of action， 可语法上指代不清楚.

虽然being 一般情况下不招人喜欢，可是prep中也有being 结构作主语的例子，而且我考试中也遇到了非选being 的题目。

个人认为C的it就是指代a course of action,至于大家觉得有歧义的应该是觉得it

也可指trouble吧～我不认为有歧义，相较于其他四个选项，只有C最好，signs of

trouble

的of trouble应该是修饰signs所以沒有指代歧义问题，open to discuss.
