2. so reflective that little polar ice melts during the summer, or else  ==》 有人认为so 前面需要有 is 和前面形成并列。

我倾向于C，用google搜到的原文和C比较接近。

谢谢楼上，我自己琢磨了一下，觉得C的问题可能是: little polar ice有歧义，可能指小的polar ice cap也可以指少部分，用little of the polar ice cap避免了这个问题。

我好像选了a，明显错了。

不过看了讨论决定b更好。原因：1. so...and so...平行

                             2. 后面出现would,所以用were it to do so, if it were to do so的省略形式,表示虚拟。

C我认为错的原因是 and前后的系动词不一样，前面是are后面是is，所以不能省略后者。。即使and前后系动词一样，也不能省略吧？
