[求助]问一道数学题

210.Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater that 5?

(1) the tenth digit of 10d is 7;

(2) the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7.  答案是D。

D=abcde,   10D=abcde0,  如果10D的10位是7，那么就是e=7，这个无法判断c是什么啊。

同样  D/10=abcd+e/10，这样的话，thousandths digit of d/10 is 7，就是A=7，这也没有办法判断c啊。

是不是我的思路错了，请各位帮忙，多谢多谢

10d的十位就是d的个位...d/10的千位就是d的万位...总觉得10d和d/10换换就对了...

 tenth digit是十分位；thousandth digit是千分位。
