on a scale that measures the intensity of a certain phenomenon , a reading of n+1 corresponds to an intensity that is 10 times the intensity corresponding to a reading of n.on that scale ,the intensity corresponding to a reading of 8 is how many times as great as the intensity corresponding to a reading of 3    这题什么意思？题目看不懂~~~~大牛指点下

就把它理解成函数 f(n)=10^n

f(8)/f(3)=10^8/10^3=10^5=100,000

题目的意思好像是f(x)=10*(x-1)

所以f(8)=70,f(3)=20,结果是3.5倍.

 f(n+1)是f(n)的10倍，f(n)是f(n-1)的10倍，f(n-1)是f(n-2)的10倍，f(n-2)是f(n-3)的10倍..............

f(8)是f(7)的10倍，f(7)是f(6)的10倍，f(6)是f(5)的10倍...............

所以还是认为是10^5倍
