我认为是B，雇员年龄与雇用期之和至少为70，所以x+ y = 70，是不是理解错了？

雇员的年龄a + 雇用期y = 70

雇员入职时是x岁，他是不能得到退休福利的，因为根据上式，且x<70，他的雇用期为0。

当这个雇员入职y年可以享受退休福利时，雇员的年龄a=x+y，即x+y+y=70
