decide这个动作发生的的时间是过去一个具体的时间：at a recent

session.且decide 这个动作已经结束。 所以我觉得选B。

...好象只能从逻辑意思上分析了,recent session已经过去,所以decide用过去式,然而PARIS仍然需要那个东西,所以用一般现在式...不知道对不对...
