这题的d不是很明白，它说过去十年退休后到其他州生活的总人数大幅增加了，那是不是说因为总的人数增加了，所以即使下降了3%，但退休后去florida的绝对人数不一定会下降的，所以削弱结论呢？

高手请指教！

假设以前退休后搬家的人为1000人，去佛州的人为10%；现在总人数变为10000，去佛州的人降为7%，还是后者为高。
