题目结论是：new manager...。其中，新经理是主语，强调重心。答案无论如何要和新经理有关。 看答案：

A：the project...和new manager无关，排除 B：...managers...好像涉及到了new manager，先放着（实际上本题看到B就知道说的是相反的意思，不能选） C：managerial decisions...和new manager 无关，排除。 D：the original manager...和new无关，排除。 E：new manager...

排除了A C D，剩下BE，B很容易看出是错的，所以选E。

支持！注意这个题目是一个比较类型的题目。对于这种题目要主要的一点是不管你怎么论证都要和比较有关。

这题是新旧manager对比。很显然ABCD都没有对比的意思， 只有E隐含了对比（隐含了the old managers have need to justify the earlier decision to maintain the project），所以显然选E。这是一种快速的做题方法，不是什么下策。
