原题是说：20年前土豆的产量怎么高，去年的产量怎么低。因为产量的减少，农业研究者就被责怪了。最后作者为农业研究者辩护，认为大家只是从供给的角度来考虑这个问题，认为减产就是因为研究者的错误，而没有考虑到Rosinia自身的需求。
后面的推论都是很辨证的。前面以20年前的产量高和去年的产量低来判断减产，也就假设了B的这种情况。

补充：1. A中的any过于绝对化，从题中无法推知，注意逻辑题中，一定要从题目中所给出的条件严格推出，不可以加入自己的想像。

2.对于assumption题型：有一种方法是把选项中的not去掉，B中的not去掉后，原文的推论不成立，所以说明B 是一个假设。

3、对 linsonstudy的翻译有一定的不同意见，我认为结论是：产量的下降是由于研究者们过于关注自己的研究，而不是关注Rosinia的需求。文中并没有提到供给的概念。
