I was interviewed by an alumnus, a partner in a big 4 firm. But I would like to share my interview experience with you in case it helps. Totally three topics were asked: 1, Tell me sth that is not on your resume, say.. your personal greatest achievement. 2, A case study of how to manage team performance. He used an example out of his own business, and asked me one by one three scenarios, let me analyze, and asked follow-on questions based on my answers. 3, Why MBA, why Tuck. I think rather than listening to any prepared answers, my interviewer would prefer to judge by himself my leadership & teamwork styles. Be quick in response, and be logical, comprehensive, and practical in giving the answers. Also please get ready for any challenges on "Why Tuck". I deferred my interview as I caught a very bad cold, and then was 15 minutes late for the interview...felt bad about that.. I was still coughing before the interview and my nose was stuck. The interviewer was a nice person. The whole interview process went well and I was quite myself in the whole process, despite physical uncomfortableness. |
