your disadvantages: non-famous undergraduate school & low gpa, local securities company
your advantages: you are very young and can make a lot of changes: make yourself a standout among your colleagues, quick promotion, assumes more responsibilities, demonstrate a steep learning curve; achieve high G/T; hire a consultant to plan your application, write winning essays, and prepare for impressive interview; outside of work, you may invest time in community service and developing some personal hobbies that will make you a more contributive member to b-school....
