在这里as不是表“作为”的意思，所以应该加句子才对
答案C
那是不是as后面句子的主谓和前面句子的一样，因此可以省略呢

这题我也错了后来想想，A和D一样
选C是因为such as比的是in no other historical sighting 和in its return in 1910两个时间点，而不是its return
拙见是如果前面的是did halley's Comet's return cause，就选A或者D了
