business casual for man means not suits, not jeans. pure cotton pants and shirt and sweater would be very good. I just made sure this with several MBA 2nd year student. So you can just dress according to this if you are woman. It's right that you can just dress formally for the interview, it's not wrong. as for me, if I wear suits, i feel terrible. since the school asking for business casual, I like it a lot. I will feel more comfortable and confident with that.
