答案是C,我的疑惑在于C中的one another
后面的prep解释中说tribes interacted with A more often than with B,其中A是themselves,B是other tribes.
句子要表达的意思是the confederacy 这个集合中的部落和这一集合内的部落交往密切，而和集合之外的部落不那么密切。
这里的one another 是指集合内的部落吗？

这里related是修饰confederacy么，还是knit？

我对who有疑问。不是说只有人才能用who吗？为什么tribes也接who而不是that呀？
