这题的逻辑链是：

— 所以教员应该获得软件的版税

ABCD主要说软件发明能带来更多好处，但是不能使推理成立。

E项说根据发版税的规定，教育软件与文章和书更类似，而不是和发明类似。这样的话，是教员获得版税而不是学校获得版税。
