C的they指代谁? 从逻辑上应该指代"比例",从语法上复数they无法指代单数proportion,只能往前指代costs,逻辑错误,此其一. 其二,即使逻辑上没有问题,they可以指代costs,那么后面的have been是什么意思? 成本曾经是如何? 跟前面的accounted for动词不对应,要对应就得用have done.
