想问的是paper在这里是什么意思？“各种报纸？”我记得paper是不可数名词啊，什么时候用复数谓语呢？

还有og里面好像有一题，说一本书的名称里面是复数的，但是谓语用单数的。能不能把The Federalist papers看作一本书呢？就像什么《读者》精选？
