ability for 的确是在金山上看的, 上面显示是出自<英汉简明词典>, 不知道韦氏词典上有否? 有该词典的可以查查.

being able to 的结构在英文读物中是很常见的


ability for         .....的能力,这是金山词霸的解释，但是我在google里面搜索了一下，竟然没有发现这个用法。你觉得呢，wildwind？

A 中, 虽然动名词可以做主语, 但 Being able to ...实在是比较怪.
