each of which不是独立主格结构，而是非限定性定语从句，后面只能跟一个句子，因此这里C each

of which必须用has而不是having.

each of them才是独立主格结构，后面可以加分词，形容词短语，介词短语等

这里首先应该排除的选项是A and B， 因为them这个代词指代不明，前半句有好

几个复数名词，有歧义，而且两个独立的句子中间没有连词，是run on sentence.

如果用了which，那么后半句就应该组成定语从句，我不记得独立主格结构中可以用

关系代词which的，另外好像gmat不考独立主格。C是唯一没有歧义的。其余选项后半

段的过去分词短语的位置也造成了歧义。
