公理只适用一般情况。但有时也可以不遵循的。比如，公理一般讲rather than》instead of 一般情况下，都是这样的。但OG中个别的题目也有两者同时存在，但选的是instead of。
个人觉得：OG的SC比LZM的要好，只要能将OG的SC解释完全掌握+LZM中的部分游泳的东西，才是最保证的。

D 的关键错误是逻辑搭配不当.that he had a right to remain silent ,could not leave,and was... 不能advise某人他将被interrogated.另外从平行的角度看也不好.

如果，could not leave 是that 从句的一部分，那么他之前应该用and 连接

如果 could not leave 是与was advised that 并列的， 那么句子的意思就不对了，你可以仔细读一下
