previously 是副词应该不能修饰$7吧

是不是因为A里面没有转折的意思啊？比如 instead of 的那种意思

如果你想修饰students，那这里做的是伴随动作状语. OK，如果这样想是没有问题的.但是，你注意看下文章的逻辑意思，这里pay 7....的，它是一种比较，是属于that从句内容里面的一个比较，现在付的跟以前付的比较...如果你把这里定位成了修饰students，那就是伴随动作，是跟主句谓语并列了..
