natural food可以包括三者中的一种和两种，但只是不包括三种都有的食物。不

and 表示的是同时出现，也就是说以上多者同时出现的时候才用and。
or表示的是有一个出现就可以。
语法现在主要的考察点是语义的逻辑性，也就是这句话本身是否合乎逻辑。有时候不仅仅凭一个简单的语法点来判断。
