这是一个正确选项，我的问题是，there is不是应该跟实意动词吗，怎么能接demand呢，demand不是实意动词啊

新东方老师忽悠你呢……there be后面不是不能接抽象名词，而是there be句型不简洁，抽象名词也不简洁，这俩不简洁的放一块那就是相当不简洁，不好！所以不用。
但这绝非语法错误，只能说是不简洁……
