还有一个大概是很愚蠢的问题：
The book is too boring to read.是对的吧。The book is too boring to be read.对吗？

1。主语是 Americans 判断方法用and
别漏了，有两个and哦！
2。后者错，这是一个挺古老的语法问题，理由忘了

应该说，cost 的主语首先是who,然后，who只代americans。
因为并不能花医药费，只能是人来花。
