Prep 2012破解的两道题求大牛解释~！

prep 2012 pack1里面的两道题，不知道有没有问过，先贴题目~

加粗的是划线部分~~官方答案是A，我觉得也是，但是有一点不明白，为什么是has oil 而不是oil has ,该怎么理解后面的？

划线同上为黑色部分~官答是D，我也觉得没错，但是D中as do为什么不是as humans and other warm-blooded animals do,难道倒装？我还是不知道怎么理解~ 做prep2012的时候发现有很多明显单词打错等等，所以这里我想难道是原文件编辑出错？有没有大牛能帮我解释一下这两小点~！

第一题是不是如果改成oil has，为了避免歧义，与主语比较，has是不是就能省略了啊- -同问啊！！！

“has oil”和oil has都可以，一般来说当名词很长时就把名词和谓语倒桩，但名词不长时还倒桩也不是错的。
另外我想问下在“natural gas has accounted for far less of the energy”这里为什么“accounted for”后面可以直接接“far”呢？account for后面不是得接名词吗？

我觉得'这里的Far不能单独看'应该是far less of一起作energy的adj.所以account for还是接的名词'
看来这两道题只有按倒装理解才想得通啊~

官方解释不是因为far less，只能用than，不能用as？我也不清楚。。。

far是修饰less than的程度。。应该没有less as这种说法吧。。对于A选项为何倒置也有困惑
