我只能通过一个习惯的方法，就是with表伴随的情况修饰整个主句的的情况，只有句首和逗号+句尾可以放，是不能插在句子中间的。所以ABC直接排除。
补充一下with的用法：
（1）with 紧跟中心词后做定语表限定修饰（不加逗号的情况）
The average weekly wage nearly doubled the 1970's, rising from 144 to 220, yet the average worker ended the decade WITH a decrease in purchasing power.
(2)“主语，with短语，谓语+宾语”，with做修饰语修饰主语，应紧邻主语，放句末错误。(这个只是修饰主语而不是整个主句，所以可以放句中间）The peaks of a mountain range, acting like rocks in a steambed, produce ripples in the air flowing over them: the resulting flow pattern, WITH crests and throughs that remain stationary although they're formed by rapidly moving air, are known as "standing waves".
(3)"主谓宾，with短语”，with 修饰宾语，表示“有或伴随”，独立主格结构
