　　地理位置：纽约州的罗彻斯特城，距离纽约曼哈顿341英里，驾车预计5小时。旁边的大城市还有伯灵顿，甚至多伦多，布法罗。



　　大学综合排名：34;商学院排名：24。属于接近顶尖学校的类型。



　　学生组成：Simon前25名商学院中最具国际色彩的学校，国际学生比例高达45%以上，且亚洲学生数量很高。金融硕士项目的中国人比例大概为25%。



　　基本特点：西蒙商学院的金融分支属于美国顶尖，会计和金融服务业也是重点分支。由于近年来金融行业整体发展迅速，使得西蒙商学院成为有志于从事金融或投行业申请者的目标。金融是罗切斯特的强势学科，其它学科一般。



　　申请相关：其招生其规模不大，秋季入学人数在160人左右，春季在60~70人左右。其中金融硕士项目每年招收40名学生左右，其中来自中国大陆的学生大概有10人。金融项目非常难申请，需要具有顶尖北京的学生申请金融硕士项目，Rochester MSF较为偏向有工作经验的申请者。

Curriculum
Classes are taught by a faculty internationally known for financial expertise. The degree is offered to two distinct groups:

Students who have already earned an M.B.A. with a non-finance focus, and need additional training in finance and/or are considering a career change.
Students with a completed Bachelor degree and a demonstrated quantitative aptitude.
