不构成平行结构。平行结构不光看语法，还要看句意。

在这里，do not buy a pair of skis and a boomerang when they come in for a basketball, but leave with only a basketball 明显是对 do very little impulse shopping的解释。

另外还有一个问题，就是not buy a pair of skis and a boomerang as well可以吗？and在否定里是否可以用，是不是后面加上as well就可以了呢？

楼主看得可真细呀, 我一看到AND ....AS WELL就把它给否了, 因为重复.

按道理来说AND 和NOT 不应该同时使用, 应该用 NOT ...OR.
但因为所有的选项都用了AND所以就不用考虑这个错误了.
