我觉得是less...than前后的对称关系

白勇对E的解释是，LESS OF 修饰前面的EMIT而不是后面的POLLUTANTS，这样就可以解释得通为什么POLLUTANTS复数前面也可以用LESS，我觉得ETS这题出的很阴险
