这题答案给的是E，小妹我选的是B，感觉E中prohibit的用法不太对，prohibit应该和stop,prevent一样都是stop... from doing，而不是to do结构。而且E太罗嗦，不如C简洁。C中的any company的语气比E更强，强调了不能泄露给任何一家的相似的公司。

不知为个哥哥姐姐有什么看法？

我想C & E 的争议点在于E比较简洁但却用错idiom (prohibited to是错的, 正确是prohibited from).

C虽然用了正确的idiom, 但却罗唆(记得哪位NN说过gmat中用动词表达通常最简洁)
