请教一个句子！

其中的"it received from the US after....War" 是做什么成份修饰前面的"capital"的呢？同位语？定语从句？

如果把it去掉这句话还对么？如果是同位语的话，需要在it前面加逗号么？

that 省略，作定语，同时又是定语从句中的宾语

至于it能否省略，我没想过，不过省略之后，看看句子似乎没那么清晰了（used和received）

it省略也可以吧 received当作过去分词，做定语，修饰capital.
