我觉得正确的答案还是C因为我们平时在说我很担心你的时候是 I am worried about you. 我的理解是在英文中有很多的单词是主动语态表达被动含义或者是被动语态也有主动的含义。 只是他们的习惯说法不一样罢了。 B最主要的错误不是在worrying， 而是在over这个介词上。worry does not go with over. 一般是dispute over sth.
