如果只是在表明地点的时候用in which更好, phenomenon并不是地点的意思. 所以个人认为应该选A. 各位请指教

注意，prep.+which可以表示具体的地点，也可以表示抽象的地点，或我们经常说的“在某一方面，某一情况，某一现象”等。
