答案为A,但是我想请教，为什么D 不对

是不是因为为了such as 的前后平行 前面是 did Halley’s comet cause 后面就必须是 did  its return in 1910-1911

另外我查了字典，of 和in 同样可以表示时间段，所以这点应该没有问题
