E are left.

the tense in E seems too weird. So I pick D.

"in the last year" should be conflicting against perfect tense. That why I give up E.

我觉得D肯定不对，因为With...得主语是many people,逻辑关系上不通。

D中的with是有"因為"的意思

Longman dictionary:
