用单数。可是。。。

agree with Louisa_xy. I doubt how hardfish got the "同理" as in "only one of sths. that .... 从句谓语用单数。同理， but one of sths that ...也应用单数。可是。。。". Actually, if you are sure of LZM's rules, the rules can save you a lot of time. Why not understand and remember and use them? Don't 死记硬背 though.

The reason why I said "同理“ is that I thought "but" is equal to  "only" in this case, and I am still not convinced to drop it.
