1，2虽然也想表达“唯一的原因是”，但是alone放在facilities后面，就变成了“只是为了避免facilites的重复"但是可以有别的重复建设。
3.solely in that我不知道这种表达是否符合英语习惯，但是把它和前面的句子用逗号隔开是不合适的
4.duplicationg是不是敲错了？ 如果是duplicating就应该改成duplication更好，如果就是duplication，我就说不清了。
