1、it 是指代银行that 不是定语从句的引导词。。此题的句型是such ....that 所以我觉得it 可以指代bank。they是不是指loans呀！可以说loans are due，不可以是payments are due 吧！

2、which 都是指代park,因为在gmat中which 不可以指代前面的一句话，只可以就近指代前面的先行词，是非限制性定语从句的标准用法。
3、有区别，e是省略了（those）are enrolled in
d 好像是比较不对称，题我不在手上可是我记得好像是people(students) 和people比吧，所以要用e,因为e 中省略的those 就是指的people.

"which"  到底是指 park or funding呐?? 我又看了OG的解释,上面说 which 指funding, (p734 164T), 不是说which only 纸带前边的名词吗??? 彻底晕了!!!!
