(1)already可以一般现在时连用。used to say that a situation exists and it might get worse, greater, etc
例如：Hurry up, we're already late.
（2）从逻辑意思上说，既然后面增长的比例较大，而前面有完成进行时，似乎是说，过去n年一直在接近19 pounds a year，似乎看不出增长，所以A的时态倒是有点问题。
