because of和due to有什么区别？

但是我翻了一个老贴上面是这样写的：

看到很多人对due to和because of的区别都不太清楚，做题的时候不能根据这两个词本身排除，还要找别的因素。其实这两个词是有很大区别的，我是看到了一个鬼佬的解释才彻底明白：

Due to means"cause by". It shoud only be used if it can be substitued with "caused by".

It doed not mean the same thing as "because of ",

Incorrect: The game was postponed due to rain.

Correct: The game was postponed because of rain.

Correct: The game's postponement was due to rain.

以后再遇到due to只要把它换成我们熟悉的caused by就清楚多了。
